All inclusions arrived with the machine. No missing parts. Came in good shipping box. Machine is very high quality. Tutorials are easy to follow and the team support is great. No issues so far but Rainbow team customer service has been very active in their social groups. Great buy overall!

The embroidery machine arrived un damaged and very good quality
The only problem is to work how to operate the machine without a New Zealand manual and following UTUBE is not that easy
Still having problems but will solve with time
